Split Braided Tube is made by polyester which is flexible and 25% edge overlap and easy for install. The temperature ranges it can take is from -50°C to +150°C and melt temperature can be reached 240± 10°C. It can be made in customized colors and common colors are white, transparent, gray, orange, black.

Why need to use Split braided Sleeving?
The semi- rigid split sleeving features help to maintain an entry joint when a tighter bend radius, and more flexible than spiral wraps or convoluted tubing.
Although there is variety of bundling different kind of wires, you don’t need prepare extra tape, hook or loop to fixed, just using semi rigid open braided sleeving. It can protect the wires well.

How to assembly Semi-rigid braided sleeving?
There are two assembly ways for split cable sleeving.
Option1: Assembly by hand.
Step 1: Fix wires into the wrap split braided tube
Step 2: Cut off the extra sleeve by hot knife.
Step 3: Open the edge to stop melted area from sticking together.
Option1: Assembly by tool.
Step 1: Put all cables into tool.
Step 2: Make tool align to split braided sleeving.
Step 3: Pull down tool with cables.
Step 4: Finish assembly and check the length you need and cut off.
